By accessing the Kaduhajx Data Insights Platform, available via kaduhajx.com, you enter into a legally binding agreement. These terms govern your use of our analytical frameworks and strategic intelligence services. If you do not agree to these conditions, you must immediately cease all use of our digital environment.

We operate as a professional intelligence partner for enterprises. Use of our services implies that you are acting in a professional capacity and have the authority to bind your organization to these terms.

Kaduhajx grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right to access the platform. This access is strictly for internal business intelligence and decision-support purposes.

Prohibited Actions: You may not reverse-engineer our proprietary scoring models, use automated scrapers to extract data packets, or attempt to bypass security protocols designed to protect our strategic intelligence assets.

Unauthorized sharing of login credentials or "seat-sharing" between multiple users is a material breach of this contract and may result in immediate suspension of services without refund.

The "Kaduhajx" name, its proprietary algorithms, UI/UX configurations, and all analytical outputs generated by our platform remain the exclusive property of Kaduhajx. We do not transfer ownership of any intellectual property through the provision of services.

Reports exported from the platform are licensed for your internal use only. Redistribution or resale of Kaduhajx insights to third parties is strictly prohibited unless specifically authorized by a separate Master Service Agreement (MSA).

Data insights are provided "as-is." While we utilize high-fidelity data sources, Kaduhajx does not guarantee the absolute accuracy of any predictive model or strategic forecast. Business decisions made based on our intelligence are the sole responsibility of the user.

Kaduhajx and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in the 12 months preceding any claim.

We reserve the right to terminate access for any user who violates these terms or engages in conduct that threatens the integrity of the Data Insights Platform. Users may terminate their account at any time via the platform settings, subject to the terms of their specific billing plan.
